Impact
The CS team at Applicaster spent hours every day doing the same thing: searching docs, copying templates, rebuilding context for every ticket. Three knowledge sources, no single entry point. The overhead was real.
I mapped my own daily workflow, identified the repeating patterns, and built a Custom GPT trained on the team's playbook. It also knew when a ticket was incomplete: which questions to ask, what fields were missing for the Monday.com handoff. It stopped short of actually creating the ticket.
