There was no structured Hebrew-language learning tool for kids with learning differences. Not one. Parents were cobbling together English-language apps that didn't fit their kids' context.

I recruited therapist advisors and ran sessions with families — watching kids interact, not just asking parents what they thought. The core insight: celebrate every small win. Don't punish mistakes. Make the interface forgiving enough that a frustrated kid keeps going.

We shipped it as a standalone app, then it got folded into the consolidated BabyFirst experience. The UX decisions — especially the caregiver dashboard — carried over intact.
