Owned product across strategy, growth experiments, product marketing, email and social campaigns, and recurring subscriber reporting in a 3-person product team. Mapped feature parity across four standalone SVOD apps, designed a unified app that kept the best of each, and ran the cross-team alignment to deprecate three of the originals. Shipped the consolidated app across iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, and Fire TV; subscribers grew 30%, install-to-activation 70%, churn dropped 20%.
